How are the Tasks of Propaganda, Promotion, and Introduction of the Values of Traditional Folk Songs, Folk Dances, and Folk Music Regulated?
Task of Propagating, Disseminating, Promoting, and Introducing the Values of Traditional Folk Songs, Folk Dances, and Folk Music of Ethnic Minorities in Relation to Tourism Development
How are the tasks of propagating, disseminating, promoting, and introducing the values of traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music of ethnic minorities in relation to tourism development regulated? Please provide clarification.Pursuant to Item f Subsection 1 Section III Article 1 of Decision 3404/QD-BVHTTDL in 2021 stipulating the tasks of disseminating, propagating, promoting, and introducing the value of traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development as follows:
- Enhance the quality and form of dissemination, introduction, and promotion of traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music of ethnic minorities through mass media, social networks associated with tourism development;
- Produce scientific films, documentaries, and promotional films showcasing the cultural heritage of traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music of ethnic minorities;
- Publish materials on the performing arts of ethnic minority folk traditions to serve the preservation, teaching, dissemination, and promotion of tourism;
- Intensify private investment, encourage organizations, enterprises, and individuals to participate in the dissemination, propagation, promotion, and introduction of the value of traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music of ethnic minorities to serve tourism development; inform and propagate to raise awareness among ethnic minorities about the preservation and promotion of their traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music;
- Propagate and promote through competitions, performances of traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music, and at cultural and tourism events of regional, local, and national scale, and cooperate with companies and travel agencies in developing tourism routes, tours, and products associated with localities of ethnic minorities with valuable traditional folk songs, folk dances, and folk music, to attract tourist markets.
