How Are the Rights to Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech of Citizens Exercised?
Pursuant to Articles 10 and 11 of the 2016 Press Law:
+ Create journalistic works.
+ Provide information to the press.
+ Respond to information in the press.
+ Access press information.
+ Collaborate with press agencies to produce journalistic products.
+ Print and distribute printed newspapers.
+ Express opinions on domestic and international affairs.
+ Participate in the formulation and implementation of the guidelines, policies of the Communist Party, and the laws of the State.
+ Contribute opinions, criticisms, recommendations, complaints, and denunciations in the press regarding organizations of the Communist Party, state agencies, political-social organizations, socio-professional political organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, and other organizations and individuals.
