Forms of Inspection for Fire Prevention and Fighting Service Business Establishments
According to Clause 4, Article 16 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP (Effective from January 10, 2021), inspection of fire prevention and fighting service establishments is conducted in the form of regular and irregular inspections, specifically:
After the establishment is granted the Certificate of Eligibility for Fire Prevention and Fighting Service Business, the competent Police authority as specified in Clause 12, Article 45 of this Decree carries out regular inspections once a year to determine the maintenance and assurance of the fire prevention and fighting service business conditions of the establishment; irregular inspections are conducted when there are signs of violating the conditions for fire prevention and fighting service businesses as stipulated in Article 41 of this Decree or exploiting fire prevention and fighting activities to infringe on security and order as proposed for handling by the competent authority. Upon detecting the violation, a record (Form PC 10) is made and a proposal is submitted to the competent authority for signing the decision to revoke (Form PC35).
