Failure to Report in Writing the Results of Festival Organization to the Competent State Authorities: What are the Penalties?
Based on Point a Clause 2 Article 14 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, regulations regarding the handling of violations in organizing festivals are as follows:

a) Failing to submit a written report on the results of organizing the festival to the competent state authority in accordance with the regulations;
