How are the specialized population statistical reports at the commune level regulated?

Based on Clause 1, Article 4, Circular 01/2022/TT-BYT stipulates the content of specialized population statistics reports as follows:
a) Reporting Unit: The focal unit responsible for population work at the commune level;
The commune-level population officer inputs data from the reviewed and verified data collection forms, and other required information into the specialized population database for report preparation;
In cases where the commune level has not implemented reporting via software tools, the commune-level population officer is responsible for submitting all reviewed and verified data collection forms of the entire commune and paper reports to the focal unit responsible for population work at the district level for data entry into the specialized population database;
b) Report Content: Follow the form and recording instructions stipulated in Appendix II issued with this Circular;
c) Reporting Period: Monthly, quarterly, annually;
d) Report Receiving Unit: The focal unit responsible for population work at the district level, Communal People's Committee (for informational purposes);
e) Report Submission Deadline: No later than 5 working days from the end of the reporting period as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 3 of this Circular.
Regulations on Specialized Population Statistics Reports of Medical Facilities Providing Population Services
Based on Clause 2, Article 4 of this Circular stipulates the content of specialized population statistics reports of medical facilities providing population services as follows:
a) Reporting Unit: Medical facilities providing population services;
b) Report Content: Follow the form and recording instructions stipulated in Appendix III issued with this Circular;
c) Reporting Period: Quarterly;
d) Report Receiving Unit:
- The focal unit responsible for population work at the district level receives reports from medical facilities within the district, non-public medical facilities as assigned by the Department of Health (if any);
- Provincial Population and Family Planning Division receives reports from provincial-level medical facilities and non-public medical facilities in the area (if not assigned to the district level);
- General Department of Population and Family Planning receives reports from central-level medical facilities;
e) Report Submission Deadline:
- No later than 10 days from the end of the reporting period as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 3 of this Circular for district-level medical facilities, non-public medical facilities as assigned by the Department of Health (if any);
- No later than 15 days from the end of the reporting period as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 3 of this Circular for provincial-level, central-level medical facilities and non-public medical facilities (if not assigned to the district level).
