Conditions and Standards for Persons Engaging in Resistance to Liberate the Nation, Defend the Fatherland, and Fulfill International Duty
Article 35 of the 2020 Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Contributors to the Revolution stipulates the conditions and standards for persons engaging in resistance to liberate the nation, defend the Fatherland, and fulfill international duty as follows:
Persons engaging in resistance to liberate the nation, defend the Fatherland, and fulfill international duty are those who participated in the resistance and were awarded by the State with the Resistance Medal, Victory Medal, Resistance Order, or Victory Order.
Preferential Policies for Persons Engaging in Resistance to Liberate the Nation, Defend the Fatherland, and Fulfill International Duty
Article 36 of this Ordinance stipulates preferential policies for persons engaging in resistance to liberate the nation, defend the Fatherland, and fulfill international duty as follows:
One-time allowance.
Health insurance.
Preferential policies specified at points e and g, clause 2, Article 5 of this Ordinance.
Preferential Policies for Relatives of Persons Engaging in Resistance to Liberate the Nation, Defend the Fatherland, and Fulfill International Duty
Preferential policies for relatives of persons engaging in resistance to liberate the nation, defend the Fatherland, and fulfill international duty are stipulated in Article 37 of this Ordinance:
One-time allowance for relatives when the person engaging in resistance to liberate the nation, defend the Fatherland, and fulfill international duty dies and has not yet received preferential policies.
Funeral allowance for the person or organization conducting the funeral when the person engaging in resistance to liberate the nation, defend the Fatherland, and fulfill international duty dies.
