Cases of Termination of Monthly Care and Nurture Financial Support (Latest)

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 2 of Circular 02/2021/TT-LLDTBXH (Effective from August 8, 2021) stipulating the cessation of monthly social assistance, temporary suspension of monthly social assistance, and support for monthly care and nurturing expenses according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 8 of Decree No. 20/2021/ND-CP as follows:

Cessation of monthly care and nurturing expense support for caregivers in the following cases:

- The person being cared for, nurtured, or the caregiver passes away or is missing as prescribed by law;

- The person being cared for, nurtured as stipulated in Article 5 of Decree No. 20/2021/ND-CP no longer meets the conditions for being nurtured, cared for according to the regulations;

- The caregiver no longer meets the conditions as prescribed in Articles 22 and 23 of Decree No. 20/2021/ND-CP;

- The caregiver is sanctioned for administrative violations in the field of social protection, relief, and protection, child care, or is convicted by a legally effective sentence.
