Can a Group That Voluntarily Donates Blood Exceeding the Target of 50% Be Awarded a Certificate of Merit?
According to Clause 3, Article 10 of the Regulation on Honoring and Rewarding Individuals, Families, and Collectives for Outstanding Achievements in Voluntary Blood Donation and Promoting Voluntary Blood Donation issued together with Decision 122/QD-BCDQG in 2017, the criteria for honoring and rewarding collectives that exceed their targets in both quantity and quality of voluntary blood donation are as follows:
** Exceeding the target by 50% or more of the assigned annual plan:
The National Steering Committee will award the Golden Plate and recommend the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to award the Certificate of Merit.
Based on the above regulation, if a collective exceeds the target by 50% or more of the assigned annual plan in terms of both quantity and quality of voluntary blood donation, they will be recommended to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society for a Certificate of Merit and awarded the Golden Plate by the National Steering Committee.
