Approval of design, acceptance of fire prevention and fighting for karaoke service business establishments
According to Article 7 of Circular 147/2020/TT-BCA stipulating the design approval and acceptance of fire prevention and fighting, the provisions are as follows:
Karaoke service business establishments and dance hall service establishments stipulated in Clause 1, Article 6 of this Circular must have their designs approved and accepted in terms of fire prevention and fighting according to the provisions of Articles 13 and 15 of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP.
Karaoke service business establishments and dance hall service establishments not subject to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 6 of this Circular are not required to have design approval and acceptance in terms of fire prevention and fighting but must ensure the requirements for fire prevention and fighting as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 6 of this Circular.
