Decision whether or not to send to a compulsory rehabilitation facility; The decision to suspend or terminate the consideration and decision to send to a compulsory rehabilitation facility takes effect from the date of expiry of the time limit specified in Article 37 of this Ordinance without complaints, petitions or protests. recommendation.

2. The Court's decisions specified in this Chapter take effect immediately from the date of decision, except for the decisions specified in Clause 1 of this Article.

Within 02 working days from the date of announcement of the decision, the Court that has made the decision to send or not to send to a mandatory rehabilitation facility must send the decision to the Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, District Police, Commune People's Committee of the place of residence or Commune People's Committee where the violation occurred, the subject, parents or guardian household or legal representative of the proposed person, the Procuracy at the same level and relevant agencies.

2. Within 02 working days from the date of announcement of the decision, the Court that has issued the decision to suspend or terminate the consideration and decision to send to a mandatory rehabilitation facility must send the decision to the Chief Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Commune People's Committee of the place of residence or Commune People's Committee of the place where the violation occurred, the subject, parents or guardian or legal representative law of the proposed person, the Procuracy at the same level and other relevant persons.
