What is a Precursor
Based on Clause 4 Article 2 of the Law on Drug Prevention and Control 2021 (Effective from January 1, 2022) stipulates:
Precursor is a chemical that is indispensable in the process of preparation and production of narcotic substances specified in the list of precursors promulgated by the Government of Vietnam.
The above is the definition of a precursor according to the latest Law on Drug Prevention and Control.
