Time Limit for the Execution of Judgments Against Commercial Legal Entities
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 60 of the 2015 Criminal Code, it is stipulated as follows:
- The statute of limitations for the execution of a criminal judgment against a convicted person is prescribed as follows:
+ 05 years for cases of fines, non-custodial reform, or imprisonment of up to 03 years;
+ 10 years for cases of imprisonment of more than 03 years up to 15 years;
+ 15 years for cases of imprisonment of more than 15 years up to 30 years;
+ 20 years for cases of life imprisonment or the death penalty.
- The statute of limitations for the execution of a criminal judgment against a commercial legal entity is 05 years.
Thus, the maximum time the authority has to execute the judgment against a commercial legal entity is 05 years.
