Anyone who commits murder in a state of severe mental agitation caused by the victim's serious unlawful acts against the perpetrator or their relatives shall be sentenced to imprisonment from 06 months to 03 years.
If the crime is committed against 02 or more people, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment from 03 years to 07 years.
Thus, for the Crime of Murder in a State of Severe Mental Agitation, the highest applicable prison sentence can be up to 07 years of imprisonment.
