Responsibilities of Police Officers in the Enforcement of Criminal Sentences in the Community
According to Clause 3, Article 24 of Circular 65/2019/TT-BCA, the regulations are as follows:
Police officers or communal police officers assigned by the Chief of Commune-level Police to manage, supervise, and educate individuals serving sentences are responsible for:
- Assisting the Chief of Commune-level Police in managing, supervising, and educating the individuals serving sentences as assigned;
- Directly managing, supervising, and educating the individuals serving sentences;
- Managing and thoroughly understanding the situation of the individuals serving sentences and preventing them from violating their obligations or breaching the law;
- Performing other tasks related to the execution of criminal sentences in the community as assigned by the Chief of Commune-level Police.
