Is the probation period managed by the locality?

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 65 of the Criminal Code 2015, provisions on suspended sentences are as follows:

During the probation period, the Court assigns the person benefiting from the suspended sentence to the agency, organization where that person works, or the local government where that person resides for supervision and education. The family of the convicted person is responsible for cooperating with the agency, organization, and local government in supervising and educating that person.

Thus, after completing more than 1 year of the suspended sentence and still being in the probation period, you are still subject to the supervision and education of the agency, organization, and local government.
