Is it required to notify the family when exhuming a corpse?

I would like to inquire whether in a criminal case involving an autopsy of an already buried individual, the authorities need to notify the family (relatives) when they exhumate the body for the purpose of investigation.

Based on Clause 4, Article 202 of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, the regulation on autopsy is as follows:

In cases where exhumation of a body is required, there must be a decision by the Investigative Agency and notification to the relatives of the deceased prior to proceeding. In cases where the deceased has no relatives or their relatives cannot be identified, the notification should be given to the representative of the government of the commune, ward, or commune-level town where the body is buried.

Point e, Clause 1, Article 4 of this Code specifies relatives as: spouse, biological father, biological mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, father of the spouse, mother of the spouse, adoptive father, adoptive mother, biological child, adopted child; paternal grandfather, paternal grandmother, maternal grandfather, maternal grandmother, biological brother, biological sister, biological younger sibling; paternal great-grandfather, paternal great-grandmother, maternal great-grandfather, maternal great-grandmother, paternal uncle, paternal younger uncle, maternal uncle, paternal aunt, maternal aunt, biological nephew.

Therefore, when exhuming a body, relatives of the deceased must be informed beforehand. In cases where the deceased has no relatives or their relatives cannot be identified, the notice should be given to the representative of the government of the commune, ward, or commune-level town where the body is buried.

Respectfully!
