Illegal sale of 20kg of coca leaves can lead to imprisonment for up to how many years?

Section 68, Article 1 of the Law amending the Criminal Code 2017 amending Clause 2, Article 251 of the Criminal Code 2015 stipulates the Crime of Illegal Trading in Narcotic Substances as follows:

Committing the crime in one of the following cases shall be subject to imprisonment from 07 years to 15 years:

i) Heroin, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, MDMA, or XLR-11 with a mass from 05 grams to less than 30 grams;

k) Coca Leaves; khat leaves (leaves of the Catha edulis plant); leaves, roots, stems, branches, flowers, fruits of the cannabis plant, or other parts of plants containing narcotic substances as prescribed by the Government of Vietnam with a mass from 10 kilograms to less than 25 kilograms;

Thus, in the case where a person illegally trades 20 kg of coca leaves, they may be subject to imprisonment for up to 15 years.
