Does the Crime of Fraudulently Appropriating Another Person's Property Result in Total Asset Confiscation?

Clause 5, Article 174 of the Criminal Code 2015 provides for the Crime of Fraudulent Appropriation of Property as follows:

The offender may also be fined from VND 10,000,000 to VND 100,000,000, prohibited from holding certain positions, prohibited from practicing certain professions, or performing certain jobs from 1 year to 5 years, or have part or all of their property confiscated.

Thus, in the case of committing this crime, the offender may also:

Be fined from VND 10,000,000 to VND 100,000,000;

Be prohibited from holding certain positions, prohibited from practicing certain professions, or performing certain jobs from 1 year to 5 years;

Or have part or all of their property confiscated.
