Does the Court Remove the Case from the Register when Temporarily Suspending the Resolution of a Civil Case?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 215 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2015 stipulating the consequences of temporarily suspending the resolution of a civil case as follows:
The Court shall not remove the name of the civil case that has been temporarily suspended from the docket book, but only note in the docket book the number and the date, month, year of the decision to temporarily suspend the resolution of that civil case.
Thus, regarding the temporary suspension of the resolution of a civil case, the Court does not remove the name of the civil case that has been temporarily suspended from the docket book but only notes in the docket book such information as mentioned above.
