Living together as husband and wife refers to a person who has a spouse living with another person, or a person who does not have a spouse but lives with someone whom they know to already have a spouse, whether openly or covertly, but sharing a common life like a family. Living together as husband and wife is often evidenced by having children together, being recognized by neighbors and the surrounding society as husband and wife, having joint property, and despite being educated by family, agency, and community organizations, continuing to maintain that relationship ...
Thus, according to the above regulations, there are many factors to determine that a man and a woman are living together as husband and wife, prominently including: Being evidenced by having children together, being recognized by neighbors and the surrounding society as husband and wife, having joint property, and despite being educated by family, agency, and community organizations, continuing to maintain that relationship.
