Children Under 3 Years Old Living with Mothers in Prison Are Provided How Many Face Towels?

According to Clause 3, Article 10 of Decree 133/2020/ND-CP (Effective from December 25, 2020), children under 36 months old who are housed with their mothers in prisons are provided with:

- 04 towels/year;- 02 kg of soap/year;- 03 sets of regular fabric clothes/year;- 01 age-appropriate mosquito net/03 years;- 02 pairs of sandals/year;- 01 age-appropriate blanket/03 years (applicable from Thua Thien Hue province and northwards, and 05 Central Highlands provinces);- 01 warm clothing set/year (provided from Thua Thien Hue province and northwards, and 05 Central Highlands provinces; other centrally governed provinces and cities are not provided).

Thus, children under 3 years old living with their mothers in prisons are provided with 4 towels/year.
