Clause 3, Article 12 of Circular 07/2018/TT-BCA stipulates:
Bonuses, overtime remuneration, and increased labor productivity earnings shall be deposited for inmates to use in purchasing goods at the canteen, sending telegrams, making phone calls to relatives, sending to family members, or retrieving upon the completion of the prison sentence.
Based on the above regulation, your husband's bonuses, overtime remuneration, and increased labor productivity earnings can be sent to family members or your husband can retrieve them upon completing the prison sentence.
