Which are international financial institutions regarding banking activities in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 8 Article 3 of the Circular 22/2019/TT-NHNN (takes effect from 01/01/2020), International financial institutions include:

- International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), International Financial Company (IFC), International Development Association (IDA), Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA);

- Asian Development Bank (ADB);

- African Development Bank (AfDB);

- European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD);

- Inter-American Development Bank (IADB);

- European Investment Bank (EIB);

- European Investment Fund (EIF);

- Nordic Investment Bank (NIB);

- Caribbean Development Bank (CDB);

- Islamic Development Bank (IDB);

- Council of Europe Development Bank (CEDB);

- Other international financial institutions whose charter capital is contributed by governments.
