What is a Savings Book?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 7 of Circular 48/2018/TT-NHNN, it is stipulated:
The savings card or passbook (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Savings Card) is a certificate confirming the ownership of savings deposits by the depositor at a credit institution. This is applied in cases where savings deposits are accepted at legitimate transaction locations within the network of operations of the credit institution.
