Dear [international finance organization],
Regarding the request of the [international finance organization] requesting the Government of Vietnam not to object to the [Private Sector Activity] proposal, we would like to inform that we do not object to this proposal.
The [international finance organization] is requested to note that this Letter only indicates the Government of Vietnam's no objection at the time of issuance of the Letter to the [Private Sector Activity] stated in the Letter of Request. The letter of no objection is not a license, a document approving investment policies or implying sponsorship by the Vietnamese Government for private sector activities of international finance organizations. Failure to object does not give rise to any other responsibilities and obligations of the Government of Vietnam or any state agency. Activities of international finance organizations, individuals and other relevant parties in Vietnam after being granted a Letter of No Objection must ensure compliance with international commitments and current legal regulations.
