Regulations on Violations of Provisions on Account Registration and Usage at the State Treasury

At Article 9 of Circular 87/2019/TT-BTC regulating violations of registration and use of accounts at the State Treasury as follows:

- Violations of registration and use of accounts at the State Treasury are prohibited acts according to the provisions of Circular No. 61/2014/TT-BTC dated May 12, 2014, by the Minister of Finance guiding the registration and use of accounts at the State Treasury under the conditions of applying the Treasury and Budget Management Information System (TABMIS).

- A fine of 1,500,000 VND shall be imposed for acts specified in Clause 1 of this Article if there are no aggravating or mitigating circumstances.

- Remedial measures shall be implemented according to the provisions in Clause 2, Article 60 of Decree No. 63/2019/ND-CP.
