According to Article 27 of Circular 09/2020/TT-NHNN (Effective from January 1, 2021) regulating the organization, construction, and implementation of regulations on malware prevention as follows:
- Define the responsibilities of individuals and relevant departments in malware prevention work.
- Deploy measures and solutions for malware prevention for the entire information system of the organization.
- Regularly update malware patterns and new malware prevention software: set up automatic updates or scheduled daily updates.
- Check and remove malware from storage devices before use.
- Control software installation to ensure compliance with the organization's information security regulations.
- Control suspicious emails, attachments, or links in strange emails.
