Is it necessary to notify the Commune People's Committee about the organization of family, mutual assistance groups, and money-rotating credit societies?
Based on Clause 1, Article 14 of Decree 19/2019/ND-CP, the provisions are as follows:
- The head of the ho group must provide written notice to the commune-level People's Committee where they reside regarding the organization of the ho group in the following cases:
a) Organizing a ho group where the value of contributions in one cycle is VND 100 million or more;
b) Organizing two or more ho groups.
Thus, the ho, hui, and phuong groups must notify the commune-level People's Committee if they fall into either of the above two cases.
