Dossier for the Appointment of Judicial Expert in Monetary Field: Are 2x3 or 3x4 Photos Required?
According to Clause 1, Article 6, Circular 14/2020/TT-NHNN (Effective from January 1, 2021), the dossier for the appointment of a judicial examiner in the field of banking and finance includes:
- A written request for the appointment of a judicial examiner from the head of the unit under the State Bank where the appointee is working;
- A certified copy of diplomas verifying the specialized field of study stipulated in Point b, Clause 1, Article 5 of this Circular, relevant to the expertise for which the appointment is proposed; an acknowledgment from a competent authority for diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions;
- A curriculum vitae certified by a competent authority;
- Confirmation of the professional practice duration of the person proposed for appointment as a judicial examiner, according to Appendix 01 issued with this Circular;
In case the person proposed for appointment as a judicial examiner has had actual professional practice time at another unit under the State Bank or at other agencies, organizations (other units), then the professional practice time of the person proposed for appointment as a judicial examiner includes the actual working time at the proposing unit and the actual working time at the other units;
- 02 photographs with dimensions of 2cm x 3cm as prescribed by the Ministry of Justice.
Thus, the dossier for the appointment of a judicial examiner in the field of banking and finance requires 02 photographs with dimensions of 2x3 cm.
