Do Credit Institutions Need to Register Their Charter with the State Bank?

According to current regulations, is it necessary to register the company's charter (credit institution) with the State Bank of Vietnam when drafting the charter?

Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 31 of the Law on Credit Institutions 2010, the provisions are as follows:

The charter, revised contents, and supplements to the charter of the credit institution must be registered with the State Bank within 15 days from the date of approval.

Thus, the charter of the credit institution must be registered with the State Bank within 15 days from the date of approval according to the above regulation.

Sincerely!
