Criteria for Selecting Third-Party Cloud Computing Service Providers in Banking Operations
According to Article 34, Circular 09/2020/TT-NHNN (Effective from January 1, 2021) stipulating the criteria for selecting third-party providers of cloud computing services as follows:
The criteria for selecting third parties include at least the following content:
- The third party must be an enterprise.
- The information technology infrastructure corresponding to the service that the organization uses must meet the following requirements:
+ The regulations of Vietnamese law;
+ Have a valid international certification for ensuring information security.
