Change of Seal Template and Signature Template for Accounts at the State Treasury: What are the Regulations?
Change of seal, signature template of the account at the State Treasury is stipulated at Point c, Clause 1, Article 8 of Circular 18/2020/TT-BTC. To be specific:
In case of change of seal, change of signature template of the first signature, the second signature, or change of the authorized signee of the account holder, the authorized signee of the chief accountant/person in charge of accounting compared to the previous registration: The unit or organization shall prepare a Request for Change of Seal, Signature Template (Symbol 02/MTK issued with Decree No. 11/2020/ND-CP) and send it to the State Treasury where the transaction is conducted.
