What are the fines for mounting door latches inside karaoke rooms in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 6.b Article 15 of the Decree 38/2021/NĐ-CP stipulating as follows:
Imposing the fine ranging from 15,000,000 dong to 20,000,000 dong for mounting door latches inside karaoke or disco ballrooms.
As regulations above, a fine ranging from 15,000,000 dong to 20,000,000 dong shall be imposed for mounting door latches inside karaoke rooms in Vietnam.
In Vietnam: What are the fines for failing to adjust certificates of conformance to karaoke business in case of changing the number of rooms?
Pursuant to Clause 6.dd Article 15 of the Decree 38/2021/NĐ-CP stipulating as follows:
Imposing the fine ranging from 15,000,000 dong to 20,000,000 dong for failing to adjust certificates of conformance to karaoke or discotheque service business regulations in case of changing the number of rooms or owners.
As regulations above, a fine ranging from 15,000,000 dong to 20,000,000 dong shall be imposed for failing to adjust certificates of conformance to karaoke business in case of changing the number of rooms.
Note: If the violator is an organization, they shall be face the doubled fine in accordance with Clause 2 and 3, Article 5 of this Decree.
What are the fines for the act of making untruthful declarations in applications for certificates of conformance to karaoke business in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 4 Article 15 of the Decree 38/2021/NĐ-CP stipulating as follows:
Imposing the fine ranging from 5,000,000 dong to 10.000.000 dong for the act of making untruthful declarations in applications for certificates of conformance to karaoke or discotheque service business regulations.
As regualtions above, a fine ranging from 5,000,000 dong to 10.000.000 dong shall be imposed forthe act of making untruthful declarations in applications for certificates of conformance to karaoke business in Vietnam.
Note: If the violator is an organization, they shall be face the doubled fine in accordance with Clause 2 and 3, Article 5 of this Decree. The certificates of conformance to karaoke or discotheque service business regulations shall be confiscated.
