According to Article 28 of Decree 35/2020/ND-CP (Effective from May 15, 2020), the content is stipulated as follows:
In cases where the reasons for applying preventive measures and ensuring the handling of administrative violations in investigating and handling competition cases no longer exist, the Chairman of the National Competition Commission shall request the competent authority to annul the measures that have been applied.
