Based on Point b Clause 6 Article 15 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, which stipulates:
A fine ranging from 15,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND shall be imposed for the act of installing door latches inside karaoke rooms, dance hall rooms.
Thus, the act of installing door latches inside dance hall rooms will be subject to a fine ranging from 15,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND.
