Penalties for Not Conducting Safety Training for Employees at Gas Business Establishments
Based on Point a Clause 1 Article 52 of Decree 99/2020/ND-CP, it is stipulated as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 shall be imposed for the act of failing to organize training or hiring a safety technical training organization for employees working at gas trading facilities as per regulations.
This penalty applies to violating organizations (Article 5 of this Decree).
Thus, in the case where a gas trading organization fails to organize safety technical training for employees working at gas trading facilities as per regulations, it will be fined from VND 20,000,000 to VND 40,000,000.
