Mandatory Content on Labels for Household Goods and Appliances (Non-Electric)
According to Clause 1, Article 10 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP, regulations regarding mandatory labeling of goods must include the following contents:
a) Name of the goods;
b) Name and address of the organization or individual responsible for the goods;
c) Origin of the goods;
d) Other contents as per the nature of each type of goods as stipulated in Appendix I of this Decree and related legal documents.
Based on Appendix I of this Decree, for household goods and household appliances (non-electrical), the following additional information must be included:
a) Composition;
b) Technical specifications;
c) Instructions for use, storage instructions;
d) Warning information (if any).
