Jurisdiction to sanction administrative violations of the Maritime Patrol Squadron Leader in the field of culture and advertising

Clause 3, Article 67 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP stipulates the authority to impose administrative penalties by the Commander of the Border Guard in the field of culture and advertising as follows:

The Head of the Border Guard Station, Commander of the Border Guard, and the Chief Commander of the Border Gate Border Guard have the authority to:

- Issue warnings;

- Impose fines up to VND 10,000,000 for administrative violations in the field of culture; impose fines up to VND 20,000,000 for administrative violations in the field of advertising;

- Confiscate exhibits and means of administrative violations with a value not exceeding the fine prescribed at point b of this clause;

- Apply remedial measures specified at points a, d, and k, Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations.
