How long are the camera image data at the CFS warehouse stored?
According to Clause 6, Article 3 of Decree 68/2019/ND-CP, the regulation is as follows:
Consolidation locations abbreviated as CFS warehouses (Container Freight Station), are warehouse and yard areas used for activities such as consolidation, separation, packaging, arranging, grouping, and providing transfer of ownership services for export and import goods of multiple shippers shipping common containers.
Clause 9, Article 1 of Decree 67/2020/ND-CP regulates the requirements for the camera system of a consolidation location (CFS warehouse) as follows:
There must be a camera system that meets the requirements for online connectivity with the managing customs authority. Images must be observable at all positions of the consolidation location at all times throughout the day (24/24 hours), and the image data must be retained for a minimum of 06 months.
Thus, the image data from the camera system at the CFS warehouse must be retained for a minimum of 06 months.
Sincerely!
