How are violations for organizing a model contest not consistent with the content specified in the approval document sanctioned?
Based on Point a, Clause 2, Article 12, Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
A fine ranging from 10,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND shall be imposed for organizing beauty and modeling contests that do not conform to the content stated in the approval document.
Thus, organizing a modeling contest that does not conform to the content stated in the approval document shall be fined from 10,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND.
Note that this fine applies to individual violations; if an organization commits the violation, the fine will be doubled (Clause 2, 3, Article 5 of this Decree).
