Fined VND 3 Million for Not Specifying the Time of Sale of Petrol and Oil

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 35 of Decree 99/2020/ND-CP, it is stipulated as follows:

"Article 35. Violations of other regulations on retail petroleum sales

1. A fine from 1,000,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND shall be imposed for the act of not recording or not clearly recording the sales time at the sales area as stipulated.

In addition, according to Article 5 of this Decree, it is stipulated: The fine levels stipulated in Chapters II, III, and IV of this Decree are the fine levels applied to organizations. In the case of administrative violations committed by individuals, the fine shall be half of the fine level stipulated for organizations.

This Article 35 belongs to Chapter III, hence the above fine applies to organizations.

Therefore, a retail petroleum business organization that does not clearly record the sales time at the sales area will be fined from 1,000,000 to 3,000,000 VND.
