Fees for Appraisal of Eligibility Certificates for New Nightclub Business
Pursuant to Article 4 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTC (Effective from February 25, 2021), the inspection fee rates for issuing operating permits for discotheque business services are stipulated as follows:
- In cities under central authority and in cities, district-level towns under provincial authority:
The inspection fee rate for issuing an operating permit for discotheque business services is 15,000,000 VND/permit.
- In other areas (excluding areas specified in Clause 1 of this Article):
The inspection fee rate for issuing an operating permit for discotheque business services is 10,000,000 VND/permit.
- The fee rate for inspecting and adjusting the operating permit for discotheque business services in case of a change of ownership is 500,000 VND/permit.
