- Every December, officials, public employees and employees are required to complete the Supplementary Personal History Form, providing information related to themselves, their family, and society throughout the year (according to the provided template).

- Letters, accompanying documents, verification records, minutes, and conclusions from the competent agencies, organizations, and units related to issues concerning the official and their family as reflected in the correspondence. Anonymous or unprocessed letters or documents without conclusions from the competent authority are not included in the personnel file.
- Other directly related documents regarding the work process and social relationships of the official.
For officials appointed to leadership or managerial positions, all relevant documents related to their appointment must be fully supplemented in their personnel file.
