What are regulations on the use of spring-summer and autumn-winter uniforms of the tax sector in Vietnam?
At Article 7 of the Regulations on the Management, Use of Uniforms and Cards of the Tax Sector, issued together with Decision 1054/QĐ-TCT in 2021, the regulations on the use of spring-summer and autumn-winter uniforms of the tax sector are as follows:
1. Spring-summer and autumn-winter uniforms are used when performing official duties, attending classes, training courses, training courses, or conferences of the sector, except for cases of wearing civilian clothes specified in Clause 2, Article 4 (except for the days specified to wear tax uniforms), Clause 1, Article 13, and wearing ceremonial uniforms specified in Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 6 of this Regulation).
2. When wearing spring-summer and autumn-winter uniforms, users must wear uniforms in accordance with the regulations, including:
a) Spring-summer uniform for men and women: short-sleeved shirt, pants or skirt (for women), insignia, rank insignia, belt, socks, black leather shoes, signboard, kepi hat, soft hat (for women) as specified.
b) Autumn-winter uniform for men and women: autumn-winter shirt, shirt worn inside the autumn-winter uniform, pants or skirt (for women), tie, insignia, rank insignia, belt, socks, black leather shoes, signboard, kepi hat, soft hat (for women) as specified.

What are regulations on use of the kepi hat, soft hat, and rank insignia, insignia, and signboard of the tax sector in Vietnam?
At Article 8 of the Regulations on the Management, Use of Uniforms and Cards of the Tax Sector, issued together with Decision 1054/QĐ-TCT in 2021, the regulations on the use of kepi hats and soft hats of the tax sector are as follows:
1. Kepi hats and soft hats (for women) are used when wearing the corresponding tax uniforms and in the following cases:
a) Working, studying, training, attending ceremonies outdoors (except for cases of using motorcycles, motorbikes, which must wear helmets according to legal regulations).
b) Presenting and receiving medals, orders, state honors and other forms of rewards.
2. The hat has a tax insignia. When wearing the hat, it must be worn straight, with the tax insignia facing forward. Kepi hats and soft hats (for women) that require a strap must be strapped tightly under the chin.
3. When entering the office, do not wear a hat. The hat is placed neatly on a shelf or hung on the wall (in a place of honor) according to the unified regulations of the unit. If placed on a shelf, the tax insignia faces outward. If hung on the wall, the tax insignia faces down.
4. When attending classes, training courses, training courses, or conferences of the sector, if there is a desk, the hat is placed to the left of your seat, with the tax insignia facing forward.
At Article 9 of the Regulations on the Management, Use of Uniforms and Cards of the Tax Sector, issued together with Decision 1054/QĐ-TCT in 2021, the regulations on the use of rank insignia, insignia, and signboards of the tax sector are as follows:
1. Rank insignia are pinned on the shoulders of the shirt, with the button, star of the rank insignia (pointed tip) towards the collar of the shirt, and the rank insignia stripe at the top of the shoulder.
2. The pine branch is pinned neatly and evenly on the lapel of the ceremonial uniform and winter uniform at the position that has been sewn in place.
3. The signboard is issued to civil servants to use to wear on the tax uniform shirt when performing official duties.

1. Cold-weather clothing is used for tax officials working in cold climates (below 15°C). When using, it must be unified and coordinated, and if required to wear tax insignia, then wear tax insignia in accordance with regulations.
2. The tie, belt, and socks must be used in a coordinated manner, as specified in the regulations on the use of tax uniforms when using cold-weather clothing.
3. The head of the unit shall issue unified regulations on the wearing of cold-weather clothing to ensure uniformity, coordination, and meet the needs of individuals and units.
