Registration Fee for Household Business in Ho Chi Minh City

Pursuant to Appendix 15 on the Business Registration Fee Collection Rates issued in conjunction with Decision 52/2016/QD-UBND and Decision 17/2018/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City:

Applicable objects:

Individuals, groups of individuals, households, cooperatives, and cooperative unions when issued business registration certificates, cooperative registration certificates, and cooperative union registration certificates by the competent state authority.

Fee rates:

The fee rate is 100,000 VND per registration.

Exemptions are granted for poor households, the elderly, the disabled, and those who have contributed to the revolution.

Thus, the current fee rate for business registration in Ho Chi Minh City is 100,000 VND per registration.
