Methods of pricing and authorities responsible for pricing services in the field of education and training are determined according to the provisions of the Law on Prices, the Law on Education, the Law on Higher Education, the Law on Vocational Education, guiding documents for implementation, and regulations of the Government of Vietnam on the financial autonomy mechanism of public service providers.
