Are elderly individuals required to pay additional fees when applying for multiple Judicial Record Cards?
Clause 2, Article 5 of Circular 244/2016/TT-BTC stipulates that elderly persons as defined by the Law on the Elderly shall be exempted from fees when requesting the provision of judicial record information.
Furthermore, this Circular does not specify additional fees when the exempted party requests multiple judicial record certificates. Therefore, regardless of how many judicial record certificates the elderly person requests, they shall be exempted from fees.
