When Is an Unexpected Inventory of Criminal Sentence Executions in the Community Permitted?
According to Clause 2, Article 20 of Circular 65/2019/TT-BCA, the sudden inventory, roll call, and attendance check for individuals serving criminal sentences in the community are regulated as follows:
- The inventory, roll call, and attendance check for individuals serving sentences under other sudden circumstances shall be carried out as required for the management, supervision, and education of the sentenced individuals by the criminal judgment execution agency of the district-level Police, the criminal judgment execution agency of the provincial-level Police, or as directed by the Ministry of Public Security and the Department of Police for the management of temporary detention, custody, and criminal judgment execution in the community.
