1. Based on the results of verification of denunciation contents, the head of the verification team shall draw conclusions on the denunciation contents and submit them to the denunciation settler for signature. In case the inspection agency or other agency, unit or individual is assigned to verify the denunciation contents, the head of the agency assigned the task of verifying the denunciation must report to the person competent to settle the denunciation about the denunciation. results of verification of denunciation contents and draft conclusions of denunciation contents shall be submitted to the denunciation settler for signature.

2. The denunciation conclusion must contain the following contents:

a) Denunciation contents; results of verification of denunciation contents;

b) Documents and evidences to prove the truth and falsehood of the denunciation;

c) To conclude each denunciation content, clearly stating that the denunciation is true, partially true or false; deliberate false accusations (if any); conclusions on illegal acts of denounced agencies, organizations, units and individuals, related agencies, organizations and individuals; damage caused by law violations; damaged object; causes and responsibilities of the denounced agency, organization, unit or individual, and related agencies, organizations and individuals in the denunciation content which is partly correct;

d) Measures to handle or force remedial consequences caused by illegal acts according to the competence of the denunciation settlers;

dd) Directing agencies, organizations, units and individuals under the management of the denunciation settler to apply measures according to their competence to handle violations or force remedial actions due to illegal acts. cause law;

e) Contents of recommendations to other agencies, organizations or individuals to apply measures according to their competence to handle violations or force remedial consequences caused by violations; amend and supplement policies and laws, apply necessary measures to protect the interests of the State, and the lawful rights and interests of agencies, organizations and individuals.

The written conclusion of the denunciation content shall be made according to the prescribed form.

3. In case the re-settlement of the denunciation case or the denunciation settlement falls under the competence of the head of the agency or unit directly below the level specified in Clause 5, Article 38 of the Law on Denunciations, apart from the contents specified in Clause 2 of this Article, the denunciation settler must conclude on the content of law violation, responsibilities and causes of law violation of the previous denunciation settlement (if any); handle according to their competence or propose competent agencies, organizations, units and individuals to handle agencies, organizations, units and individuals that commit law violations during the course of settlement of lawsuits. previously reported.

4. Within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the denunciation conclusion, the denunciation settler shall send the denunciation conclusion to the denounced person, the agency or unit managing the denounced person. and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals; notify the denunciation of the denunciation's conclusion to the denouncer.

5. In case the denounced agency, organization, unit or individual disagrees with the denunciation's conclusion, it has the right to propose it to the head of the agency or unit directly superior to the person who has settled the denunciation. denounce. If the denounced agency, organization, unit or individual providing information, documents and evidences on the settlement of denunciations shows signs of law violation, the head of the immediate superior agency or unit shall of the person who has concluded the denunciation and assigns it to the inspection agency or functional agency of the same level to consider and examine the grounds specified in Clause 3, Article 37 of the Law on Denunciations to consider and decide on the re-settlement of the denunciation case; In case the denounced agency, organization, unit or individual disagrees but has no new documents or evidences, it will not be considered and settled. The failure to consider and settle shall be notified in writing to the denounced agency, organization, unit or individual, and related agencies, organizations, units and individuals.
