d) Smoking, eating and drinking in the courtroom;
e) Wearing informal clothes, hats, hats, or colored glasses in the courtroom without plausible reasons and without the consent of the presiding judge;

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Ordinance on Sanctions of Administrative Violations for Acts of Obstructing Legal Actions 2022 stipulating the fine levels and the power to impose fines as follows:
1. The maximum fine for each act of obstructing an individual's procedural activities is up to VND 40,000,000. The maximum fine for each act of obstructing the organization's procedural activities is up to VND 80,000,000.
2. The fine level specified in Chapter II of this Ordinance is the fine level applied to the act of obstructing the procedural activities of an individual. For organizations with the same violations, the fine level is 2 times higher than the fine level for individuals.
3. The competence to impose fines of the persons specified in Articles 25 to 32 of this Ordinance is the competence applicable to an act of obstructing the procedural activities of an individual; The authority to sanction organizations is 2 times higher than the authority to sanction individuals.
